Hi, I've been listening to your station on 5800khz from Bristol in the SW of England. The signal has been very good with no fading and little interference (54555). Starting at 18:55UTC I have heard the following:-
Silver pozzoli- Around My Dream; Neil diamond - Holly Holy; ;Aerosmith - Cryin; The Dutch - This is welfare, station ID, Robert Palmer - Riptide
Darude - Touch me Feel me (outro)
The station is just gone off air which is a shame as I was enjoying the mix of music. Would be very grateful to receive a QSL if possible my address is XX Bristol, England. I'll be listening out in this frequency again in future. 73s Owen

Received your station for half an hour on my Mercedes built-in stock car radio on 5800 kHz while driving around on the German Island Sylt. Reception was great - only some minor fading/distortion. Loved that you played Fleetwood Mac's "Big Love" which I have not heard with great AM sound since the last century. This really made my day - Thanks!

Leuk je weer eens te horen op 1620 AM middengolf. Ontvangst in Hattem is goed, maar je was wel eens sterker. Het zal met je antennesysteem te maken hebben, zoals je vertelde.
Admin Reply by: mikeradio@live.nl

Friday afternoon I was listening to your transmission in a break from family business. My QTH this time was Kaufbeuren in Bavaria (JN57hu) instead of Seuzach in CH. I took my small Belka-DX with me and on the telescope antenna at least the stronger stations came in. Reception for Mike Radio was 34333 between 1310 and 1330 UTC. Songs were from Level 42, Deep Purple, Phil Collins, Kiss and Boudewijn De Groot. Merry Christmas and best regards from rainy Germany . Thomas -CH

Hi Mike, Following up on our conversation last week on the chatboard, I would like to thank you for giving me some advance notice of your broadcast last Sunday morning. Normally in November, a group of 4 of us travel to Newfoundland on Canada's east coast and up set a series of longwire antennas, including a 350 metre long wire that is aimed at Europe. Last year we were unable to all travel to Newfoundland, but this year, we were able to return and do some listening. I may have sent you these pictures before, but, I have attached a picture of our group from 2019 and a photo of the location where we were listening. I have attached an audio clip made at so that you can hear the quality of reception from across the Atlantic. Reception quality was exceptionally good considering how far away we were. You can hear the station identification and your shout out to me and my listening companions. Programming consisted of pop music including "Black and White" , "Paint It Black" and a song by John and Vangellis. I am curious as to where you are located in the Netherlands as I have visited there several times for work. Reception details : Date : November 14 2021 Time : 0734 to 0748 UTC Frequency : 5840 kHz SINPO : 54444 (in Newfoundland) - Very Good!
I hope that this report is of interest and that you will be able to verify it with your QSL. Regards, John Fisher, Kingston, Ontario, CANADA

Hi guys, powerhouse 55545 signal tonight on 6280, sounds like listening to AM, best I've heard you. You just played Bad English followed by Leonard Cohen - Suzanne, Suzanne Vega (good segue!) - Marlene On The Wall and The Crusaders - Street Life, the long and best version!!!! The mod as ever with you guys is superb! Using my own Tescun with a longwire aerial. Lovely sunny here, so windows open listening to the great tunes. Would appreciate a QSL when you get the chance, 73s Simon
